I’m Agata Szymanowicz, a professional photographer specialising in business portraits and corporate headshots for leaders and organisations in London and across the UK.

With over 15 years of experience as a business photographer — and six years prior working in a leading global business psychology consultancy with many of the FTSE100 companies — my work sits at the intersection of visual storytelling and human behaviour.

My background in psychology and leadership consulting helps me bring a unique perspective to photographing executives and professionals. I understand business and have rich insights into how impressions are formed based on facial perceptions and body language.

I work closely with business leaders and corporate teams who need high-quality, professional photos that elevate their image while still feeling natural and human. My collaborative, calm approach ensures clients feel at ease in front of the camera, resulting in portraits that are both polished and genuinely personal.

Alongside my commercial work, my portrait photography has received international recognition. I was shortlisted for the prestigious Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize 2025 and my work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery.
